General Information

• The 2024-2025 TSDC Dance Year: runs from Friday, September 9, 2024 through Saturday, June 21, 2025.
• Each class will meet 36 times during the year.(see chart below)
• The tuition rates in the table below apply to Dance & Acro Classes only.
• Dance company dues and recital costume payments are
  separate charges and are not reflected in the Tuition Rates table below.
• When determining the tuition payment schedule, TSDC has taken into consideration months which have less than and more than 4 weeks. (See chart below)
• TSDC has also taken into consideration all scheduled closings due to holidays and TSDC performances.

Discounts

• Family and individual tuition discounts are shown in the tables below.
• Special hourly tuition rate for Creative, Pre-K3, Pre-K4 Level classes
  • Only $21 per class hour
  • 15% discounted hourly rate
  • $75, 10 monthly payments (Sept thru June).
• Tuition rate per class is reduced for the 2nd class enrolled in 
  and for each subsequent class enrolled in.
• Every family is eligible for these discounts including......
        º 2 or more children taking classes.
        º One child taking more than 1 class.
• Taking more classes means a lower tuition rate per class.
• Lower tuition rate per class means you can enroll in more classes.

Registration Deposit

• $125 registration deposit made before Oct. 1, 2024 is applied as follows:
  • $25 is applied as the registration fee $25  (1 per family)
  • $30 is applied to the Recital Media Fee (1 per family, if participating in the recital)
  • $70 of the deposit applied to September Tuition
  • Entire $125 is applied to tuition and/or costume payments, when registering multiple dancers in a family.
    
  • $125 Registration Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.

• $125 registration deposit made on or after Oct. 1, 2024
  • $35 is applied as the "LATE" registration fee  (1 per family)
  • $30 is applied to the Recital Media Fee (1 per family, if participating in the recital)
  • $60 of the deposit applied to September Tuition
  • Entire $125 is applied to tuition and/or costume payments, when registering multiple dancers in a family.
    
  • $125 Registration Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Payment Schedule

• 10 monthly payments in Sept-through June
• Auto Payments are processed ^1st of each month

Late Fees

•  $25 late fee  is assesed to the account if auto payment fails and "corrected payemnt" is not received within 7 days..
• An additonal $25 late fee is assessed for each additional month the account is past due.

AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS

  All payments are to be made AUTOMATICALY on the 1st of the month using the account on file.

• AUTO DEBIT: Your scheduled payments will be automatically debited from your designated checking account.
  
• Identification of the checking account will be completed at registration.
  
  
• AUTO CREDIT: Your scheduled payment will be automatically posted to your designated credit card.
  
• Identification of the credit card account will be completed at registration.
  
  
• AUTO payments will be processed the first of each month.
